The agreement can be for a Planned Maintenance program, Total Maintenance and Repair program, or it can even be customized to meet your specific and unique requirements.

Fleet Card
The Fleet Card is a pre-authorized credit card available to help you purchase genuine Cat^® lift truck parts, Promatch^® parts and repair service and short-term rentals from all Cat lift truck dealers. Fleet Management Services provides a single monthly statement and sends it with local summary reports to the customer's centralized accounts payable department for one payment.

Invoice Review And Approval
As a supplement to the centralized billing service, your account can be reviewed to ensure that parts are being charged at the contracted rate, labor hours are in compliance with the Warranty Repair Labor Guide and rental charges reflect the contracted rates.

Fleet Data Tracking
Using our proprietary Total Equipment Control software system, Fleet Management Services will track the utilization, cost per hour and savings potential for your entire fleet. We will provide a fleet manager who will gather accurate data and produce reports on a regular basis. Your fleet manager will help you properly manage your fleet and reduce your material handling costs.

Centralized Billing
Fleet Management Services can bill your company with one invoice for all equipment expenses, including the equipment lease payment; maintenance costs, training costs, etc., regardless of your fleet size. For customers in the United States, Canada and Latin America with centralized accounts payable departments, this can lead to significant cost-savings.
